Payments in our store are processed online through a secure checkout page. We accept debit/credit cards and electronic wallets via a certified payment provider. We do not store any card details on our servers.

CURRENCY & PRICING All

charges are made in euros (EUR). Any additional fees or exchange rate differences are determined solely by your bank or payment provider.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Our products are digital files only (e.g. STL files for 3D printing). Once the payment is completed, the files become available for immediate download and/or are sent via e-mail with a download link.

No physical products are shipped.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of digital content, once: – the payment is completed and – the files become available for download, the purchase is considered final and no cancellations or refunds are provided. By completing the payment, you agree that: – the supply of the digital content starts immediately, and – you waive your right of withdrawal/refund for this product.

BEFORE YOU COMPLETE YOUR PAYMENT

Please make sure that:

• you have read the product description carefully,
• 2.your 3D printer and software support the file type (e.g. STL), – the specifications (scale, dimensions, etc.) meet your needs.

If you are unable to download the files, if a file is corrupted or if you received the wrong file, please contact us.
